"Having jumped around DaNang, this hotel was a great location. Even though it was 3-4x the price of surrounding hotels, it was worth it. (I stayed at two other cheaper hotels just a block away this month) Walking distance from great shopping, massage, spa, and food, this is a great central spot for your day to day activities. Rooms were very clean, i was on the 12th floor so it was very quiet. Views were amazing and i had no issues. Check in was on the 19th floor so dont get confused like i did....

"We had a great stay at Mercure. The breakfast spread was awesome and service staff was absolutely attentive. I am grateful to the receptionist at the cable car station who processed our check-in with not too much hassle as my husband’s English name was not in the passport hence did not match with the booking’s name. It was a pity that we missed the Alpine Coaster during the cloudy weather. Overall, we enjoyed the foods, sceneries and the cool weather. The only thing that was not comfortable...

"Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff like Mya and Rose are super friendly and provided very clear information. Mya helped to book the transport for us to Ba Na Hills and even waited by the car and provided a bottle of water for each of us. She was always available to help when we needed it. Rose was another gem of the hotel. She provided us lots of info on where to visit and eat and guided us to the various types of coffee in Da Nang like coconut coffee and egg coffee which is available...

"Hotel has a funky entrance and coffee shop located in it. Friendly doorman who always greeted us with a smile and a wave. Convenient location to the markets and dining options. Need to get a car/ grab to explore other things like marble Mountain etc. Hotel studio was spacious, good facilities in the room (microwave, cooker, crockery) which enabled us to buy breakfast foods and have them in the room. Bed was hard (seems to be a thing in Vietnam). Pillows very unsuppotive. "
