"First of all, I would like to thank Sophia and Marika (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who took care of us very warmly. The location is great, clean and very nice, convenient hotel. It was really nice that it was 4-5 minutes walking distance to everywhere. we stayed 4 nights and we were very satisfied, everyone can come here with peace of mind."

"I made a reservation at this hotel in the morning and tried to check in in the evening, but the hotel said there were no rooms available, kicked me out on the street, and did not even compensate me for the damage or give me a refund. It is about a 20 min walk to the nearest metro station and very close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral as well as a pretty decent grocery/convenience store, as well as an amazing home cooked Georgian restaurant. We did find most of our tours started on the other side of the river so something to be aware of if you have to travel to meet up with your tour groups and are not getting picked up.
