"The rooms were nice and clean. Lots of people always standing right out front smoking. And the hallways and elevators smell strongly of smoke. The elevator always takes a long time to settle, as in you're at the floor you want, but it takes an extra minute to make little adjustments before the doors open. Very annoying. Was like that when I was here several months ago as well. I've actually never seen the second elevator work. "

"This was my second stay at this hotel in two years, and it was the same, rooms are dated, but clean, and comfortable. They have been saying they are due for a renovation for awhile. I was towards the back and used the back elevator as there is one on each side of building. I got a cookie (last one!) at check in while the staff member spent a few minutes finishing a call, but she was apologetic.
