"The front lobby was an inviting gathering place. The queen bed and sofa were perfect firmness for me. The ice/snow storm were challenging, but the lot got plowed and salted, and the staff stepped up in helping one another to assist guests and get tasks done efficiently. Jimmy (GM), Barbara, Tiffany and Tiffany (staff I had interactions with) make this hitel unique and i really appreciated that my service dog DJ was treated like a guest, as well. I look forward to my next stay. "

"Great stay for an overnight. The property appears to be starting a renovation. The rooms weren't too dated in my opinion, but the lobby was. Check-in and checkout was easy. Parking was plentiful and I liked that they offered an option for adults to use the pool later than children. The only feedback I have is if you need a late checkout, this hotel doesn't offer it. I requested a late checkout and they said the hotel in general does not offer it. They do offer breakfast but I didn't have an...
