"This was quite frankly the worst hotel stay we have had. Not because the room was poor, but because we never saw the owner. We were given a code and let ouselves in. We heard the odd sound which indicated we were not alone - quite spooky really. The owner responded to our call but merely to give instructions - nothing more.
