"Property was central, within easy reach of town. Lovely walk around area especially the river. Had issues with key card which staff did help with but gave impression they were unhappy with us. Insinuating we had it next to phone etc. "

"We really liked this hotel because of the friendly staff, lovely room with a balcony, and the fantastic breakfast. There is also a super cool second floor patio which is available to all of the guests. We were hiking all day and didn't feel like going out to a restaurant, so we picked up some groceries across the street at the little convenience store and enjoyed our snacks while laying in the anti-gravity chairs and looking up at the stars. "The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."
