"Une bonne surprise pour une réservation estivale de passage, compte tenu des précédents avis, qui nous paraissent sévères. L’accueil s’est avéré très correct. Chambre immense, literie confortable en grande largeur, propreté, décoration simple avec du mobilier Ikea neuf, ascenseur, petit balcon sympa avec une vue (franchement symbolique) sur le lac d’Orta. Effectivement, il faut compter 12 minutes depuis le village d’Orta pour rejoindre l’hôtel par une route étroite et sinueuse mais pas...

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements.
