"Cookies upon check in was a great touch. Good breakfast. The breakfast guy was super friendly! Our heater was not working properly. No matter how low we put it, it was blasting. I think it was registering temps from outside not in the room. So not was overly hot until we turned it off. But then got too cold. Also the bed is too soft. When two ppl sleep you roll into each other. "

"There's a lot to do around this hotel, as it is situated on a lake (it's Minnesota, so this is probably to be expected). This was convenient to getting to the southeastern side of Voyageurs National Park. The room was adequately comfortable and felt clean. Breakfast begins at 4:00 a.m. which is convenient for hunters, fishing people, and truckers. They serve pizza 24 hrs/day. The staff was friendly."
