"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"The hotel is very nice and has everything you need. It is a well designed building which features a roof top kitchen with spectacular views of the city. "The room advertised is the room that I initially paid for, however the manager who was kind enough to be waiting for me at the arrivals gate, tried to slip me a smaller room on the fly that was infested with cockroaches the size of my palm crawling all over the walls! I was sick to my stomach.
