"This hotel is not fancy by any means! However we had kind and helpful employees, hot water, a safe location, and comfy beds. We did like the upstairs rooms much more than downstairs. This hotel could work on their installations for the price but we would definitely stay here again. "

"If you fly into Puerto Vallarta, it is best to use their VIP taxi service from the airport to Las Alamandas. It is well worth it since the trip is approximately 2.5 hrs and I would not recommend navigating yourself anywhere in Mexico. Our driver was very nice and courteous. They gave you 2 water bottles for the trip the moment you have clear custom. Once we get to the hotel, it was amazing. They have people waiting for us with margaritas and hot towels.
