"When we checked in, I asked the clerk for a first floor room. She responded; The first floor is for pets. Really? I told her if the room is clean I wanted one on the first floor. We got one. My sister was traveling with us and got her own room. She checked in right after us. The clerk said; I suppose you want a room on the first floor. Do you people care more about pets than people? This clerk needs an attitude adjustment."

"Overall excellent. Only downside was damaged tub. Appears as if something heavy was dropped into it causing a couple of gouges. No big deal but caused 1 star loss in Property Condition category."

"Was very clean and staff kind. Only thing I would warn every one to be aware of is that they say a 40$ extra hold that is refunded after your stay is done on cards, but for some reason an extra 40$ was done on ours making it an 80$ hold on top of our original stay amount! We realized this later at night and planned to mention it at check out the next morning but by then the extra 40$ was back in our account and only the amount for our stay and the 40$ hold were pending. Hoping letting others...
