"I meeded an overnight stop en-route to an event in the area. The location, price and car parking options first attracted me. On arrival I was greeted courteously and made very welcome. The staff were all very professional, but also sympathetic and obliging to a small additional request I had. The room was comfortable and clean, and a good size. "Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."

"Overall, a very pleasant experience for an overnight stay of that price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout. As for the condition of the room, overall this wasn't too bad, it just needs some TLC. The window frame had a smidge of black mould that...

"The bed was very comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep. Food in the Restaurant were big portions. The hotel was a 2 minute walk to collect Keys for the rooms that we stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience that we stayed in. Pictures of Lincolnshire would have been nice, on the walls"
