"Overall really good. Service was great (they helped me retrieve my wallet after i checked out LOL). The only complaint is that while the bathroom was very clean it was still showing some signs of age that could be fixed up. Plus the shower didn’t quite hot enough for my liking, but most people would probably find it fine. "

"My Family is from Tiffin. My brother lives in Findlay and my sister in Tiffin. We have stayed there twice the last this Thanksgiving. We like the cleanliness and the well maintained facility. We could not enjoy the bar/grill as it was during the holiday but it was great the previous time we stayed. It is downtown and we like that. It is a conference center so please call as some rooms overlook the interior hall and if you want a outside room it is better to specify. We will be returning again...

"Where do I start, first the parking lot had not been salted and was very icy. The room was dark and dingy. The bed linens were stained and rough. The bathroom smelled musty, toilet barely flushed, water pressure was terrible. The floors were sticky. The heat barely worked( it was in the low 20s outside and felt about as cold inside) People all hours of the night slammed their doors and were very loud in the halls. Once we were able to fall asleep around 4am the noise started again at 530am and...

"I got sick during the night and was not doing well at checkout time and the staff let me stay until 3:00 when I felt better to leave. So thoughtful of them. The desk clerk even asked me if I was feeling better when I left. "
