"Location is good. Reception staff can speak good enough english and helpful. Have to climb up narrow and verry steep stairs. Room has a dummy window. Got the one near the stairs and it gets noisy when people walk by. My double bed was sunken in the middle and the pillows were very thin. Had to fold or stack the pillows to make it thicker. Room has a damp smell, due to no proper ventilation. Toilet not very clean especially the walls and corner. Lots of the lil flies in it. Breakfast was just...

"Couldn’t have been better. Su, the manager and her team are so nice. They welcome you with mango juice then carry your bag for you. My tour was delayed an few days and Su helped me figure out things for me to go see every day. She told me about restaurants I needed to go to and they were all great restaurants and her associate Si told me about one where all the locals go that would be close to the pagoda I was seeing and the whole meal was 2100 or $1.50. "Place for prostitute. Not for tourist. Even u booked online, the staff all unsure and saying what booking. In the end after 15mins then they allow us to go room. Upon enter, so many mosquitoes inside and i went the toilet the toilet bowl smell or urine. In less than 30min we check-out and booked another hotel. Totally regret booking this. Even if its 10 dollar, i will never ever come or book here again. No proper lobby, and alot youngster below book for 1 2 hour sex time and in out of hotel."
