The first room that we were placed in had an issue with the AC unit and when we brought it up to the front desk they quickly and kindly offered us a room change in order to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. She went out of her way to accommodate us and when I had to work online, she provided a full office for me with TV monitor to connect for 2nd screen and frost class coffee or any other meal service while I worked.
