"You’re getting for what you pay for but in a good way. It’s clean enough (there were some brown stains on the wall in the bathroom but they seemed permanent,) the towels were thin and small, you can easily buy water and/or other beverages (beer/wine too) at the front desk. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but it really wasn’t bad. We stayed three nights and I would stay again. The staff is young but friendly and helpful. "Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of interesting traditional furniture and artefacts in the hotel. Room was large with a modern bathroom. "

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
