Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette in the room I stayed in for 2 days despite a very conspicuous no smoking sign. I was not sure where this came from. I suggest you work on improving...

"Super stay - high quality furnished room, and quiet late on, despite the vibrant atmosphere at the adjoining pub. Only thing I could perhaps find fault with would be the high tog rating for the duvet (which made for a rather warm night !)"
