"Good location for everywhere in town. Best front desk staff and also cleaners. WiFi not stable on some times & area . Small pool on the real , same guest loudly even on 3am . Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . Night life ~ Bar around “ Lady stand on road side … … "

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"100% book this place!! Was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a complimentary drink by the amazing Liza. Liza was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Informing us of the best places to visit etc. we were given an upgrade when we arrived which was amazing. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and the WiFi was strong. "Parking a bit tight, its underground. Lifts are confusing at first with no proper labeling. Huge and clean room, basic amenities. Small window. "

"Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "

"If you are solo and just want a place to sleep, it works. The cons include a tiny space, very slow internet, no fridge, and no nearby convenient stores or restaurants. It's approximately 1.5 miles to the attractions, making it walkable if you're looking for some exercise."

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "
