"I was extremely surprised at this lodging for such a low price. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was not out of date or funny smelling. We got a suite (full kitchen in our room- refrigerator, stove, microwave) for less than $80 a night,including tax. Located near food, within walking distance. And again, I was just amazed. It was very easy in and out access, and I have zero complaints. Missed having a pool, but this is meant mainly for extended stay, not family vacation necessarily....

"This property is clean, convenient to many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage with waffles. We loved that it was pretty friendly for our dog to walk in the designated area. We would definitely stay again at this location."

"John at the front desk was courteous and professional. He was very helpful when I had questions. I know dark carpet, hides dirt, and coffee stains - I was not a fan of the carpet in the hotel, because of the color, I could not tell if it was clean. My room was musty smelling. Probably from the constant use of the AC. My bathroom, and sleeping area were clean. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable. Additionally the mattress cover was not the type that zips closed. I prefer mattress...

"We like staying here because of the price. The receptionist was so nice and the room was clean with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. It is quiet, too. The beds are pretty hard but we slept fine. We've used it twice, we wouldn't hesitate to reserve a room again!"
