"The kitchen staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was as expected but I did have to ask them to pick up used towels etc after day 1 after the expected cleaning and re-stocking did not occur. "

"I have seen the older reviews for this location, but they are now under new ownership, and they have done a lot of remodeling. There is still work being done, but it is much better than older reviews indicate. Also, Blondie's Restaurant, under the same new owner is very good. Portions are large and the prices are good. I did not look forward to going to Shelton, WA in the past, but I may just make a trip through Shelton, just to go here again."

"Only provides 2 very small bars of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. No iron, no hair dryer. Noise, noise, noise all night. I just stayed 1 night because my apartment is was being re-wired."

"It's perfect. If you expect luxury find something else. But if you want a decent place at a reasonable rate then this is it. Clean, quiet, mini kitchen space with fridge, microwave, coffee, plenty of towels, comfy bed, friendly staff. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely return. I am a 71yo single woman, travel for work, and feel safe and comfortable here."

"Stay was amazing. Joaquin took great care of us despite a puttering screw up from hotels.com. After an hour of delay due to hotels.com not pushing my confirmed reservation through to Glen Ayr, we got into our room and had two great nights of sleep."
