"Seems to be a new hotel and very clean with great amenities. They didn't advertise free food, but there are free coffee and cup ramen at the lobby. I loved this hotel."

A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. The hostess was ever helpful - showing us directions, calling taxis for us, and even gave us a bag of oranges and chestnuts to snack on the day we went to Naejangsan. "This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for. I found a poisonous centipede in my suitcase and my friend had a rat in the ceiling of their suite. In addition there are very few restaurants or cafes that are available or open...
