"The staff were awful, the place felt like it was closing down. The staff didn't speak any English and did not even try to communicate. "We stayed at Casa Semuc for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the room and bathroom very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had secure parking for our motorcycle.
