"My daughter had to make an emergency stay due to a migraine. She has two small children and the staff went out of the way to be extra helpful and beyond caring. When she arrived there, coming from emergency, the staff helped her carry her stuff up to her room and brought up a small sampling of food to eat for them. As they had spent a number of hours in the hospital and had not eaten, it was very well received. Thank you so much for looking after my family."

"The staff are excellent, ready to help in any way. We asked for extra towels and got them within 2 minutes. You can tell the building is older, wall paper coming down in the corner, wear on the carpeted stairs. The staff work hard to make sure you have the best stay."
