They listened to what was taking place and what the need is and provided perfect solutions and service. Hands down the best experience every time I have stayed here while in Duluth. "

"Lovely views of the canal and bridge and a short walk across the bridge to bars and restaurants. Always very welcoming and the breakfast has some very good options. Coffee , water and cookies are always available! "

"Nice, decent sized clean rooms. This is my 2nd visit. I like the bar and restaurant on site. Small issue with elevator not calling to fourth floor, so had to walk down to 3rd to catch it going down. Front desk called for repairs and was pending upon checkout most likely due to weekend. "
