"The staff are friendly and helpful, even though I arrived late at night. The registration process is so quick and the room is also ready. The room is bigger than expected. The building is new, even though the furniture looks quite old. The place is clean inside and outside. Car park is exactly in front of the building. There was a keropok stall and a banana fritters stall just across the road. Although it is located by the road side, the road never too busy and the environment can be considered...

"This is a residential area, so be warry of lack of transport and eateries. Overall quiet neighborhood. Booked for 2 Adults and 2 Kids and got a huge room with 2 aircons. Bathroom and water pressure was ok. Pillows and mattress were hard. Common area well occupied with water dispenser (hot/cold), iron and washing machine. Don't think they accommodate any cooking or heating up. Breeze self check in and check out process."

Con - Small and old. - No direct access to beach. - No sound proof even can hear snoring from next door. Noise from next door are unbearable because it's a family with a few kids."
