"Location"

"i reserved a room with 2 beds since October. we get there on 10/6 and no room avail w/2 beds as requested, was told it wld be avail next day. i was given a room with one bed, only 2 pillows, only 1 bath towel, non working refrigerator and non working remote to TV. it was the awful. complained to front desk, was given another dirty room with 1 bed, non working remote, no comforter on bed(only a sheet), one bath towel. next morning was told no rooms avail with 2 beds!!!! cancelled the rest of the reservation(2 nites) and was given a credit for $100 check in deposit. this was definitely the worst hotel i have stayed at and will NEVER stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!"

"Beth that works at the front desk made this stay exceptional, as she did the last 3 times I've stayed here. She gives superb customer service always. Very helpful and kind. This is a good hotel for a quick overnight or weekend stay in Phnx. "

"Great stay and was much cleaner then previous stay with rooms very clean. Great service by front desk people and thing to have in rooms, a display on how to access the TV channels. It took me a while to figure out the remote that I have to hook up to HDMI 3 to get channels to work. All in all, a great stay for just over $100"
