"This was our first stay here and we stayed for two nights for the New Years holiday. We are a disabled couple with one of us in a wheelchair and both of us vision impaired. We had a great check in experience, the front desk person helped us find our room and helped us with our luggage. We booked the handicapped accessible room with the roll in shower. "It’s was good! Only the building is a bit on the older side. If you are planning to only be around the Chicago area book near downtown. I made the mistake to book this hotel and it was super far from Chicago. Lesson Learned and Uber was expensive!"

"This location has a clean, working pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfy and the fridge was nice and cold. The best part, though, was the staff and the way they take the extra effort to offer welcoming treats in your room.
