"Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."

"My stay was great and the location was even greater because the hotel was in the midst of great stores to shop at and good restaurants to dine at. The only con is that the hotel could be refreshed, specifically the room I stayed in. The refrigerator had a leak, the bathroom lights gave a strobe light effect for 1-2 min. when turnt on and the cleaning could be a little more thorough. I stayed in one of the studuo suites.
