"The staff were all nice, approachable, and very accommodating. The rooms were acceptable but needed a little more attention when it comes to cleaning. Parking was somewhat challenging since it is shared public and hotel parking, and you really risk parking there due to the area. Just don't leave anything valuable in your car. The location is close to all amenities, which is convenient. You just need to be cautious, as there are some "homeless" people constantly hanging around. Overall, our stay...

"Had a big crack in our room window had to call to let them know. Room is good not luxurious but good enough to feel comfortable. The pull out bed/couch has no support not really usable. Continental breakfast is good our kids loved using the workout room. Wish the pool had life jackets but it was nice. Good service"
