"Check in was TERRIBLE. Staff was great at the hotel but the process was awful. Booked through this site and the property could not find our reservation anywhere. Turns out they did not have an account with the Baymont portion of the hotel - only the Days Inn. So after 1.5 hours they get a rep on the phone that helped get us checked in. Beds were hard but the room was clean and nice. "

"A great stay from the beginning. Professional and polite, the front desk clerk checked us in and explained the breakfast for the following morning. Our room, a king "suite", was a very large room with a comfortable, though not separate, seating area. The bathroom was clean, amenities stocked and the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I would have liked to see fresh fruit and mix ins for the yogurt. "
