"The property is an excellent location in downtown Boise. Two blocks to the Idaho Arena and close to shopping and numerous dining establishments. Rooms were small, but exceptionally clean and more than adequate. Beds were comfortable, and toiletries were high end. "I had to sign the usual damage waiver/cleaning fee if I mess something up terribly agreement etc yet I walked into our assigned room and the mirrored sliding doors on the closet have huge cracks in them, part of which have small pieces of scotch tape. Then I look up and the bulb in the entry light fixture is completely missing. So, I have to sign something that says I'll respect your property but you don't necessarily seem to make the upkeep of said property a priority."
