"Check in staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was ok. The hotel is older. My first room had an issue with the water but they gave me a new room within minutes. The heating unit wasn’t working in the second room but they had 2 space heaters. Was too tired to request another change but the heaters did the job. I slept well-the bed was comfortable. Good for a one night stop over."

"Good stay, spacious room. Only difficulty was snow and ice outside but they cleared the sidewalk at the hotel well, just anywhere else was a challenge. "

"The historic part of the hotel is as you would expect small. I recommend staying in the newer buildings. We stayed in the infamous Room 40 of the historic section. It’s definitely a bit creepy and is allegedly haunted. It features a huge antique King size sleigh bed. Great for couples. We didn’t see any ghosts, but the desk got complaints that we were moving furniture around and the TV was loud. Neither of which was true. "

"For the price of the hotel, it is literally one of the nicest most friendly hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t tell you how amazing the front desk staff is and the daily housekeepers and maintenance crew. This was such a great day. It will definitely be back here again"
