The front desk employee offered to move my room to the 2nd floor and gave me a quiet room away from the elevator and amenities. It was so quiet and restful. Everything was in good repair and clean. "At first glance I was slightly concerned with it being small and the cars being parked right outside the hotel room door however, my check in was easy and the man (owner I think) was very pleasant and apologized for having me wait perhaps a little longer than normal but I wasn’t complaining because he was outside shoveling the freshly fallen snow from the walkways and mind you, this was at 11 pm. "Beautiful house which was secluded in the woods, very clean, cozy and spacious and great location for access to elk mountain, only downfall was the driveway was covered with ice and snow so we weren’t able to make it up with our vehicle, had to park in the street and carry everything in, the owner did warn us about this, a 4WD vehicle wouldn’t make it up due to the steepness and icy conditions, this was an inconvenience but still had a great time!"
