"We have stayed a few times at this hotel and generally really like it. The main reason is the size of the room and the porch. However, the a/c unit does not go to cold (in March) - the units are apparently "set" to hot so even if you put it on cold hot air still blows, and the room can get really hot. This time, the door to the porch did not close properly so even though we were on the 17th floor, we were still able to hear street noise."

This time I asked to stay on a lower floor so I wouldn’t have to carry my bag upstairs. I ended up on the first floor right across from the reception desk, which turned out to be a bit noisy.
