"Tru By Hilton is a really nice hotel! If Google reviews has a 4.25 or 4.5, that's what I'd likely rate it. The staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. The gentleman who checked us in went to so far as to write down my two Hilton accounts and the 800 number so I could merge them. Then he gave us a welcome gift (bottle water and a small bag of popcorn). Very nice touch. The lobby is amazing! Plenty of seating, TVs, a pool table, board games, Giant Connect 4, books, magazines, and...

The rooms are good in size with freidge and coffee pot; clean linens, mirrors, etc. The breakfast is amazing and the pool was super relaxing but being so close to the shops and great food makes all the difference for us when in Duluth and we love the Inn. "The executive suite is larger than expected. Room is exactly as pictured except there's more room to move around. First floor has a separated balcony space right off the living room which was not expected. The only downside was being next to the staircase to the 2nd floor rooms. Thankfully it's only 2 rooms per staircase so you only heard them running up and down stairs a few times a day, and you can hear every step they take in the room above you. Again, very grateful it was only a couple...
