"Booked a king room for a visit. All and all a decent hotel for a okay price but I've stayed at nicer hotels. They were remodeling parts of the room. We arrived late and our reservation was cancelled but they had a room available. Manager was very professional and efficient, desk clerk was very incompetent and unprofessional. The water pressure was so so The room was nice and clean but nothing remarkable. "

I used Expedia for my booking and there was an issue with Expedias payment processing that caused stress for the hotel desk auditor and delayed our check in. The auditor managed the problem with patience and grace. I may not use Expedia for my next hotel booking. "
