"Arrived at reception little apprehensive after reading some reviews...man on check in was very nice .. arrived up to our room was a lovely room very clean ..tea/coffee left for us in room ..there was a hairdryer..fresh towels ..couldn't fault it nice clean walls done lovely ...yes the reception area and some of it needs updating but for how cheap it was to stay for one night I wouldn't complain at all "

"The property was adequate for the needs of my trip. I booked a family room, and it appears that all family rooms are on the 3rd floor, but there was no lift which is very awkward for people with small children, lots of luggage and the elderly."
