"This was more of a self serve property. The front desk was never staffed and when I checked in,4pm ish on. Tuesday I called the number and they gave me a code to a lock box. The room was nice but the hallway had a big echo from anyone in it and the carpet on the stairs was very worn. Also the windows were quite old and conducted so I d quite clearly from the nearby busy street. That being said the location was good, the battery park area is a very cute and attractive neighborhood."

"Minimalist accommodations, obviously, but you can’t beat the price. Clean, pleasant staff who kept to themselves. Only not was WiFi…which was nonexistent near as I could tell. "

"Very pleased with my stay which cheered me up during my cloudy, rainy 4 day stay in Hobart. The bed although a bunk bed was large and comfortable. The attached balcony with table was an added bonus. The shared toilets and shower stalls were always clean. The restaurant below was surprisingly good I had the house special flank steak. Despite the pub being on the ground floor, no patron or restaurant sounds wafted to the room above. Since there is a door between the restaurant and the rooms...

"Stayed in a private double room, and couldn’t complain about a thing! Loved sitting outside on the balcony enjoy the sunshine/moonlight and chatting with other guests. Place was spotless, quiet, homey and in a perfect location (with private car parking!) "
