"Overnight staff Friday 2/21/2025, 3:30a and Saturday 2/28/2025, 11:30pm were abrasive and not helpful. He acted annoyed that we interrupted him using his personal cell phone while he was sitting at the front desk (when we were leaving for our flight and again when we returned to pick up our car). Very rude. "

"Hotel was was very comfortable and clean! Nice breakfast. My only criticism would be to ask the management to re-think the parking charge. The two large, on-site parking lots were only about one-third full when I stayed, so having to pay $7 per night for parking seemed like a money grab."

"I arrived in distraught, because had problems finding my reservation. But the front desk went above and beyond. I really do appreciate their patience and service. Thank you very much Natasha. You were so kind, helpful and patient. S.W."

"Stayed two nights @ this location. Knew it was a bit 'out of the way' but the location turned out to be fine. Everything about the hotel was good; keep in mind there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby but you can get food delivery. Full kitchen (with coffee pot & microwave) was a help. Plan to stay here again on my next visit since price was reasonable for downtown Hartford."

"Looked clean and neat upon entry, but in time noticed the coffee maker was not cleaned after last use, bathroom door jam had something splattered on it, mattress pad was not put on correctly, and bottom of tub was dirty (a Magic Eraser would have easily remedied that). One of the key cards didn’t work and I got locked out of the room. Lastly, the front desk clerk was stretched thin having to also attend to the breakfast setup which should have had an additional attendant."

"Everything was fine but thought the breakast buffet seemed a little lacking. Sausage patties were the worst. And dining area was way to small.they didn’t even have staws in dinig area or anywhere in hotel. I asked."
