"We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Astrid. We stayed in a double superior room and we liked the added room for two people. Easy walking distance to at least 10 high quality restaurants. Owner is always there and very involved with making sure we were taken care of. It was a wonderful experience both at hotel and the beautiful city of Caen."

Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. "A small but pleasantly surprisingly hotel located just a the southern end of the main street with plenty of good restaurants. Also only a short drive from the ferry terminal. Very limited parking on site, but free parking between 19:00hrs and 09:00hrs is available next to the local tourist office immediately to the North. "
