"It was a very beautiful and clean hotel. Dog friendly being a plus. The staff was very helpful and attentive. "

"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "One night stay at the Moxy, for Europa Park. The hotel is in a great location for visits to Europa Park with just being a short walk away. The weather in January was cold but the hotel and our room was nice and warm. We had breakfast which was very good. The room was clean and modern with good amenities, it would have been nice if there was tea/coffeeaking facilities in the room. But the bar staff helped us with hot water. "

"It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "
