"Person in charge was so irresponsible! No code for door key was given and after several call attempts we were not able to enter the apartment and had to look for another place to stay. I am traveling with my elderly mother, very inconvenient since the apartment is on the second or third floor and has no elevator."

"The hotel is in the centre of the city, walking distance to Rynek. I really liked the rustic style of the hotel, yet all renovated, with modern bathroom. The only thing was, it was a little noisy from the traffic outside. Another inconvenience was no cover on a little window I had in my room.
