Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "

"We arrived in Olomouc by train. Took no X4 streetcar to the hotel. The hotel is very rustic and enhanced the experience of the historical downtown which is only a couple minutes walk. We checked in in the coffee shop next door.The young woman who took care of us was excellent and spoke very good English. The only thing I would caution light sleepers is the noise of the streetcars below but personally, it did not bother us. "
