"My expectatiions were not high afterall the price was very low but it was worse than expected.I was unable to access property. On arrival the front door was locked and despite saying reception was manned at my time of arrival no one answered when I knocked the front door whichr had peeiing paintwork and damage to the bottom. The yard at the front was fill of liter and the street was run down and seedy. I tried phoning the premises from my car but went through to a call centre and left on hold...

"We had the most fantastic 3 night stay in the Pheasant hut for my fiancés birthday. The little extra touches were massively appreciated and we'd absolutely recommend the BBQ hut. I was a little nervous staying in January but the huts were warm and cosy. Huge shout out to Sean who was the perfect host - Excellent communication, great local recommendations and went above and beyond to help us when we were snowed in on the morning of check out. "We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot.
