"I would say it served its purpose. For the daily rate, the room worked fine. My only complaint is they put me in a handicap room and the shower was impractical and hilarious for a 5'10" man to use. I would think it would not be acceptable to rent those rooms with out asking. "

"I booked the hotel executive suite, this was my second time this month I stayed here at the Quinta. The first time I stayed this month there was no room service and this second time I stayed in the exec. Suite I also didn’t receive it. We needed towels, trash taken out and the room to be fixed. The room service is the only thing I would point out as negative. The staff is amazing! I love the attention and detail they carry out whenever I have a question or if I am buying something. "We really enjoyed our stay. The whole place was very clean, the beds very comfy and all the staff were so kind, efficient and helpful. In addition, the location was very convenient to wherever we had to go and had walkable places to eat."
