"Nice basic central hostal."

"La habitación está bien respecto al precio, pero descansamos muy mal por los ruidos. Las paredes son de papel, se oyen hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado y de la calle. Del restaurante no podemos opinar, cuando hicimos el check-in sobre las 17:00 nadie nos advirtió que teniamos que reservar para cenar o de que estuvieran completos... Primera vez en mi vida que no puedo hacer uso del restaurante del hotel donde me hospedo. No volveremos ni recomendaremos. "

"Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fine & a bargain at €2. Will definitely return when in beautiful Avila. Muchas Gracias!"

"Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet.
