"I liked this place for a few reasons.This place is right off the road but it was quiet in our room. There was no interstate noise. The bed was comfy and the shower was a huge walk in. This place must be going thru a remodel so some items like the ironing board were outdated but i didnt mind. For the rate we paid it was a 10!"

"I have an annual golf tournament at Sapelo Hammock. Always stayed at a friend’s condo on the course but he sold it. Not many options in Townsend that fit our needs so very happy I found this place and will short list it for next year. Scott was very responsive and quick to reply. Short drive to Sapelo Hammock. No issues with neighborhood or neighbors. Great experience all the way around."

"Adorable new 3/2 right in the heart of Shellman Bluff! Both bathrooms have double vanities, open family room/ kitchen great for visiting, cute front porch ,& comfortable beds! Close to several local restaurants & Sapelo Hammock Golf Course & a quick walk to beautiful views of the Julieton River & coastal marsh. Our family plans to return soon ! Easy & quick communication with hosts! "
