"There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby and no air conditioning in the hallway, but the AC in my room worked well. The desk clerk was business-like--don't expect to receive a warm welcome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the mini-fridge but the microwave didn't work. "Had to get door key cards rescanned every night. Room was pretty clean, no cups or ice. Had to unplug refrigerator in order to plug in the microwave. A simple plug strip would have worked. Continental breakfast? I mean I know this place is in a rundown town and not many people are using the hotel but that being said we could do better than cereal. Other than a couple of little things the place was ok at best. We have family in Galva and need a place to crash here and there for a couple of days...

"Staff was not friendly. They talk rude to you. I stay at hotels all the time for work and never have I been told that if you have someone come over to your room you will be kicked out. People live at hotel. Beds are cheap framed beds. But for the money you get what you pay for. Won’t stay again."
