"When we arrived at the facility we found out that there was no hot water due to a gas leak that had caused the entire Tupelo area to not have any gas service. While this was not the fault of the facility it would have been nice to have had that noted on the booking info since the gas service had been unavailable for several days."

"This was a great hotel. Front desk reception was very nice, the room was spotless, the price was great. The breakfast area was well stocked and a notch about most hotels. I was very pleased and would stay here again. This place must be well managed. "

"The hospitality was excellent, and the room and price were great. The only downside was that the exterior of the property was poorly maintained and dirty. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel, 10/10!"
