"There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Margarita. The accommodation is in a great location, super close to the main square and the station, but still on a quiet street. The area felt very safe, and we were able to wander around in the evenings which was lovely. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and had a great view of the mountains.
